The carriage house has 3 bedrooms. One king on the main floor, and two queen bedrooms upstairs. All the mattresses are brand new Zinus, with microfiber bedding and new pillows. There are two full bathrooms. One large full upstairs with shower, and a smaller bathroom with shower on the main level. Across the street from the Harborage Marina.
The house has a fully equipped kitchen with pots and pans, dishes, glasses, silverware.... We also have a dining table, TV/electric fireplace wall, and a stackable washer and dryer/LG washtower. Comfy sectional seating in the main family room, where you can cozy up to watch a movie. There is also a balcony to look out over the water. This house has a separate entrance on to Elm Street. The location is hard to beat. Just a few short blocks and you are in the middle of downtown Boyne City. Enjoy all the shops, restaurants, and fun events Boyne City has to offer, all within walking distance. Boyne City is a short drive to Petoskey (20 min), & Charlevoix (30 min). Boyne mountain is about 7 miles away. The public beach offering swimming, sandy beach, volleyball, tables & grills, and restrooms is right across the street.
