The Boyne City Oasis Carriage House has a fully equipped kitchen with pots/ pans, dishes, glasses, silverware, toaster, coffee maker, griddle, teakettle, crock pot, spices, everything you should need in the kitchen. We have a full refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, stove, oven, and microwave.  There are backpack coolers in the front closet.

We also have a dining table, TV/electric fireplace wall, and a stackable washer and dryer/LG wash tower with a small drying rack & hangers. There is comfy sectional seating in the main family room, where you can cozy up to watch a movie, or play some board games (a few are included, along with playing cards). There is also a balcony to look out over the water, and a folding table and chairs that you can set up there (located in the front closet).

Each bedroom has a closet with hangers and a bench for your convenience, along with a mirror. The bathrooms both have showers, and plenty of extra towels.

There is a desk area at the top of the stairs if you need to work or school from there.

We provide our guests with toilet paper in each bathroom, soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry soap, and trash bags. Enough to at least get you started.

The house has 2 entrances, one next to the garage (facing Front street), but also its own separate entrance on to Elm Street. The location is hard to beat. Just a few short blocks and you are in the middle of downtown Boyne City. Enjoy all the shops, restaurants, and fun events Boyne City has to offer, all within walking distance (checkout boynecitymainstreet.com!). Boyne City is a short drive to Petoskey (20 min), & Charlevoix (30 min). Boyne mountain is about 7 miles away. The public beach offering swimming, sandy beach, volleyball, tables & grills, and restrooms is right across the street- it is called Peninsula Beach. Hiking and mountain biking are available less than a mile away at Avalanche Mountain. The view from the top is breathtaking!! Have your own boat? Call Harborage Marina (231) 582-3340 to rent a slip across the street. Harborage marina is also just a beautiful place to walk around and grab some beautiful sunset photos.

Hit up some of the amazing restaurants in town, like Cafe Sante, the Lake Street Pub, or the Boyne City Tap room (that you can walk to!).  The downtown area is now a ‘social district,’ so you can walk around with a beverage of choice.  They also host the most amazing ‘Stroll the Streets’ events every Friday in the Summertime, with live music at every corner, along with businesses that open their doors late to celebrate the good life!   Other local attractions include: Lavender Hill Farm, Walloon Lake, and Boyne Valley Vineyards.  Come spend some time at the Carriage House, and make memories for a lifetime!!
